RESIDENTIAL HABILITATION
We are dedicated to delivering comprehensive care by prioritizing choice, independence, and personalized support, all while ensuring safety in a nurturing environment that fosters positive social interactions with peers. Our programs offer a variety of meaningful activities that encourage lifelong learning, well-being, and personal responsibility within the community. Each resident’s personal development plan is thoughtfully tailored to their unique strengths, goals, and interests, supporting their growth, autonomy, and sense of belonging.
LIFE DEVELOPMENT
When every day activities become too difficult to manage by ourselves, we often need our family and loved ones to chip in. Amore at Home provides the support required to carry on with dignity, with the same love and care a family member would provide. This support includes 24/7 Emergency Care services.
PERSONAL SUPPORT & COMPANION CARE
By the time many of our community members arrive at Amore at Home, most require some degree of health and wellbeing monitoring. Our Assisted Living Facility provides complimentary and customizable Meal Preparation services for everyone. By catering to the personal needs of each and everyone here, we hope to make Amore at Home feel like home.
NURSING
Residential Nursing: Provides continuous nursing services in a licensed residential facility by Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
Private Nursing: Provides continuous nursing services primarily in the comfort of your home by a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
Skilled Nursing: Delivers ongoing nursing care at the residence and other waiver service locations, including adult day training programs. This includes part-time or intermittent visits from a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), provided on a daily basis to meet the individual’s health needs.
RESPITE
